This comprehensive heart panel may be right for you if: You have an existing cardiometabolic condition such as diabetes, prediabetes and elevated lipid levelsYou have an existing inflammatory condition such as rheumatoid arthritis or inflammatory bowel diseaseYou’re concerned your age puts you at increased riskYou have a family history of heart disease, hypertension or diabetesYou smoke, have obesity or live a sedentary lifestyleYou’re looking to understand your risk of CVD and want to identify preventive healthcare measures to achieve and maintain the desired level of cardiometabolic health
The frequency of testing can vary based on individual health needs, health goals, risk factors, and any existing medical conditions. It's best to consult with your healthcare provider about the right testing frequency based on your unique health situation.
The results provide a detailed picture of various aspects of your cardiovascular health. They can help identify potential risk factors for heart disease and inform decisions about lifestyle changes or further medical interventions.
This expanded panel includes advanced biomarkers that provide more detailed information about cardiovascular risk than a standard lipid panel alone. It offers insights into inflammation, insulin resistance, and other factors that contribute to heart disease risk.
While this test cannot diagnose heart disease, it can help identify risk factors and guide preventive strategies or treatment options. Always consult with a healthcare professional to interpret your results and determine appropriate next steps.
While this panel focuses on blood biomarkers, other tests to assess heart function may include electrocardiograms (ECG), echocardiograms, and stress tests. Your healthcare provider can recommend the most appropriate tests based on your individual needs.
